Owner Built assists you in:

* site selection
and evaluation
* blueprint review and suggestion
* referral in construction financing
* provide cost breakdown for bank financing
* provide description of materials-feature list
* prepare individual budget for appliances, lighting etc.
* provide copy of actual bids
* provide a list of vendors to make home selections including cabinets, doors, fixtures etc.
* provide
a subcontractor reference list
* provide construction forms
* provide step by step guide
* unlimited
phone consultation and e-mail correspondence
* on-site meetings and project review
* supply
list of vendors
*
provide project notebook
for all construction documents.
SITE SUPERVISION
In addition to all Consulting:
* oversee the actual jobsite based on your need
* can coordinate subcontractors as needed
